汽配行業又稱為汽車零部件、汽配零部件，本文統稱汽配，是指機動車輛及其車身的各種零配件的制造。根據《國民經濟行業分類》(GB/T4754-2002)規定：
汽配行業包括：
汽車部件：離合器總成、變速器總成、傳動軸總成、分動器總成、前橋總成、后橋總成、中橋總成、差速器總成、主減速器總成、前后懸掛彈簧總成等；
汽車零件：緩沖器(保險杠)、氣彈簧、制動器、變速箱、車軸、車輪、減震器、散熱器(水箱)、消聲器、排氣管、離合器、方向盤、轉向柱及轉向器等零件。
不包括：
機動車輛照明器具的制造，列入3991(車輛專用照明及電氣信號設備裝置制造)；
汽車用儀器、儀表的制造，列入4122(汽車及其他用計數儀表制造)；
掛車、半掛車零件，列入3724(汽車車身、掛車的制造)。

Automotive instruments, instrument manufacturing, in4122(the vehicles and other counting meter manufacturing);
Trailers, semi-trailer parts, the inclusion of 3724(car, trailer manufacturing).
